How We Work

"Residential is our artistic division. Our projects range from $2,000 to $100,000 or more, with our average being $10,000."

  1. Initial Contact:

    At this stage, we will set up a meeting at your property.

  2. First site meeting:

    We will go over your needs & dreams for your property. Your budget for the entire project will also be discussed. Measurements and digital photo are taken and recorded for future reference.

  3. Second site meeting:

    At our second meeting, you will be presented with a plan along with a quote to perform the work. Sets of drawings with deferent lay out. Product selection: materials, colors, and style of the products. And any required revisions to the plan or quote will be finalized.

  4. Approval:

    The results of these meetings will be a beautiful design that appeals to your senses and preserves the architectural integrity of your home. And we can now put you on our list of future happy customers.

  5. Construction:

    The construction portion can now begin.

  6. Follow up:

    To make sure you are fully satisfied.
